This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a swimming pool, and a 24-hour reception providing everything I need. The staff helped me with info about the town during my first stay. I'll keep coming back for Xmas!

The hotel was fairly clean and had pleasant staff. The rooms were bright, reasonably large and with 3 double beds. Location: the venue was right by restaurants and a grocery store, a big and Andover for a Wedding party. Furthermore, close to everything.

Staying here was fantastic because it reminded me of I was just a few steps away from delicious food options like Great Wall and fun park strolls in the area. The friendly staff really helped kickstart my adventure with a quick check-in and useful tips on local attractions.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. We got to visit local parks and enjoy some family time. The teenagers particularly appreciated having nearby eateries and shopping options.

The room was really comfy with great beds, and I loved relaxing by the pool after a day out. I enjoyed some quality time in the hot tub, too, which was a nice touch. Just a heads-up, breakfast could use a little more variety, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊

Check-in felt smooth, but it quickly became clear the room needed better cleaning. The pool was decent but had limited seating outside, tricky for our family to relax. Our room definitely needed maintenance. The fridge rack was cracked, and there were stains under the sink that were hard to ignore. I walked down for breakfast at just after 9 AM, hoping to grab something quick. The owner rushed me out, insisting breakfast ended at 9 AM sharp. No flexibility, especially when just a few minutes past the time could have made a big difference. After a couple of brushes with staff, one even stared out the window at us which felt a bit unsettling. I guess for the rate, the expectations were a bit too high. The convenience of food nearby can't be overlooked was nice, but I wouldn't go back unless I knew things had changed.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was a bit of a letdown. The sheets were changed, but the comforters were left unchanged. It felt pretty dirty overall-made me want to wash all my stuff as soon as I got home. Not cool at all. Really wished the cleanliness was better, since it put a damper on our stay.

The staff was so friendly, and the pool area felt safe and cute, even if it could have used more seating. A clean, organized space.

This place was just a top selection for a brief sojourn in Andover with good value. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a solid night's sleep. Be sure to check the breakfast hours closely so you don't miss out.
